Sweet Corn

The sweet crunch of sweet corn along with the ease of preparing, has made this vegetable one of North America's favourites. Hand picked once the top of the cob has filled in, corn is packed and hydro-cooled before distribution in order to maintain its sugar content and ensure optimum flavours. Boiled, roasted, or raw, corn makes for a delicious side dish.
