Jalapeno Pepper

Jalapeno peppers are small but mighty when adding some heat and a bit of a punch to a favorite dish. The lines (or stitching) found on the skin of a jalapeno corresponds to how hot the pepper is. The more stitching, the hotter the pepper will be. Jalapenos often take the spotlight when stuffed or added to salsas and guacamole.
