Shepherd Pepper

Shepherd peppers are often underrated, but these long, thick walled, crispy, sweet peppers will no doubt become a favourite addition to any dish. Shepherd peppers can be used the same way a bell pepper would be, however, they are definitely the best stuffed or charred on the grill.
